Abstract

Since work-life balance is an important issue for working women, women should be able to use work-life benefits without an adverse effect on their career advancement. This study proposes to examine whether women's use of work-life programs affects their career advancement adversely. This study will investigate the state of work-life programs in corporations to discover what factors may need to be considered from an organizational development perspective to ensure an effective work-life program for women which helps their career advancement.
