Abstract
The major goal of this paper will be to introduce hypnotherapy and Reiki as powerful processes which induce altered states. It is the writer's belief that together they go beyond what either one accomplishes alone. The writer will give a brief explanation of each showing her background and interest in these topics. As with so many other systems the writer believes that this combination of two process which she calls Hypno-Reiki is greater than the sum of its parts.
