Abstract
The proposed software solution will allow users to complete the preliminary application for employment process via the web. Human Resources will review the applicant’s information submitted and remove any spam-generated information. The applicant’s information transfer from the web-base application and moves behind FJM firewall to another application.
Additional capabilities will include fields to include supporting documentation during the preliminary screening process into the database within FJM’s H/R application. The data collected will have the ability to generate a hardcopy of the application.
