Nonprofit Organizations make a tremendous contribution to society on a global scale. Their health and vitality is critical and yet there is still a lack of knowledge and understanding about them. This project is an attempt to provide a framework for understanding and analyzing some of the key drivers contributing to nonprofit organizational health. This project tests the diagnostic tools developed by William F. Meehan III and Kim Starkey Jonker from Stanford University on a select number of nonprofits and the results as a proxy of organizational health. This tool combined with my proposed four conditions of organizational health will advance and stimulate more scholarly work.
