Abstract
Part of this thesis is sharing my awareness of how I created alcoholism as such a conflict of spirit and how it has been and continues to be one of my greatest spiritual teachers. Alcoholism is my constant reminder for the need for opening and my deep desire for connection with Spirit, the Divine Essence within. I perceive alcoholism as a quest for this Spirit connection. This is also symbolized in the image of HOME, a central theme of my performance piece, " Memories, Dreams, and Projections," an embodiment of this quest. This thesis also describes my spiritual quest for Co-creativity.
