Throughout this paper I will be exploring in detail how to achieve a buyout the father in a family business decided upon; it will be the acquisition of T Co. by The Co. There will be a thorough discussion on how to make the buyout of T Co by The Co. possible and advantageous for the father, elder son as well as the middle son. I will be depicting the challenges of this acquisition, identifying the actual issues and offering multiple solutions with my final recommendation and the required culture and leadership skills for its implementation.
