This project focused on how science museums can use traveling exhibitions to further their institutional vision. The purpose of the project was to create a planning guide for choosing traveling exhibitions that will further a museum's mission and goals, including suggestions for anticipating visitors' expectations. The guide, aimed at museum decision-makers, contains recommendations for goal-setting, evaluation, and policy-making, as well as a short bibliography of resources for further study.
