Abstract
When working with facilitating change, one size does not fit all. What works for one person will certainly not work for everybody. Why, then, do health practitioners continuously incorporate methods for behavioral change that are supposed to work for everyone? A need exists for a tool that considers the fact that everyone is different and will present a framework for the practitioner to understand clients as unique individuals. This paper discusses how the Enneagram, a profound tool that has been proven helpful in dealing with psychological issues and personal growth, is valuable when working with nutritional change.
