Abstract
This report aims to provide a framework for navigating recovery services for the treatment of Substance Use Disorders in the Greater Vancouver area. Many broader issues in society also contribute to the problems which are associated with substance misuse. Recovery programs are available that address Substance Use Disorders as well as related problem life areas such as homelessness, mental illness, and criminal justice involvement. Navigating the Recovery Landscape can be difficult. Understanding which services constitute Best-Practice for the varying degrees of substance misuse issues and Substance Use Disorders is complicated. This paper aims to provide readers with a practical guide to navigating the available Substance Use Services.
