Abstract
The purpose of this phenomenological study was to seek the meaning of the experience of how people apply spirituality in the workplace. The topic of applying spirituality in the workplace was generally defined by how the participants described their lived experience of applying their spirituality in the workplace. The study intended to seek whether bringing spirituality into the workplace was meaningful to people or rather something better left outside the workplace. The thought behind why this study was conducted came from the everyday observation that many people appear to display behavior in the workplace that conflicts with what they say their beliefs are about their spirituality.
