Abstract
Some of the key technological pioneers who are changing the way society works, lives, interacts, socializes, manages knowledge, and innovates are Cisco, Google, Apple, Microsoft, HP, and Adobe. These companies share common threads due to innovation, business goals, and technological life cycles. These companies face similar issues such as changes in human capital, talent management, technological issues, key competencies, knowledge ecologies, company structures. global business, profitability, and ethics and sustainability. By understanding these companies high performance virtual teams through the following case study recommendations can be made for key issues facing the strategic leader.
