Research was undertaken with five former clients, assessing their satisfaction on the usefulness of functional living skills training and services offered in the Transitional Housing Program. The survey was conducted with those successfully discharged and living in the community. Results from the survey showed former clients rated program activities useful in helping them live independently. Recommendations are offered to assist Rubicon Programs in planning and implementing evaluations of current program activities so as to improve the quality of services for new and current clients.
