This qualitative research was conducted to determine the variety of programs which were being implemented in order to keep at-risk students in school, prepared them for the post-school work force and helped them meet the requirements of high school credits and exit examinations. Participants were to be selected using a mailing list of 80 7th – 12th grade schools acquired from the State of Alaska Department of Education website.
