dc.description.abstract | This plan may be aggressive but this comprehensive strategic and operating plan can drive growth and revitalize the user experience. It is apparent that Yahoo! needs significant organizational changes to unveil strengths of company and grab brightest opportunities. Yahoo! should proactively build new revenue streams. Company has ignored the early signs of many success waves like social networking, mobile and video but now they can't afford to miss another wave. Yahoo! has assets to invest, established user base and talented human force. If IBM and apple can turn their fortune then definitely Yahoo! can also do that. Yahoo! is one of the web's valuable assets but its popularity is not converting into dollar amount. | |
