dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to look at two successful Olympic Sport coaches and see how they are able to balance their student-athletes sport careers along with the different pressures of being in college and a student-athlete. This study looks at what they do to keep the student-athletes going and how they react when times are up and down. Since it looks at two different coaches, it will try and identify what works best for each coach. Most of all this study will try to understand how these two successful coaches use their talents and become and maintain being successful. | |
