Abstract
In last couple of years since recession US Auto Industry is facing many challenges. In last couple of years car sales have been going down at a constant rate. It is really unfortunate that such big companies like General Motors, Toyota, are doing bad and they have been finding difficulty to maintain their business operations in face of increasing losses. The management of these companies has taken bad decisions and put this company in a risk place, that's what happened to General Motors. In my case study I am mentioning General Motors's issues and my suggestions.
