Abstract
As mentioned, when donors are scarce, programming and people are quickly terminated. I propose to create a model that incorporates corporate donations. These donations thus become investments into consulting profit generating museum programs. Then, the corporations are partners, not simply donors. Thus, the new museum-funding model needs partner organizations to create the markets and stability that the program currently lacks. Specifically, my museum organization is aiming to utilize these partnerships in a way that each entity (museum, corporation, university) is concentrating on what it does best and bringing that to create the whole model.
