dc.description.abstractThe beauty industry will want to keep the sales force on the team, train the representatives on the products, their territories to maintain, and service different locations. Beauty companies need to build relationships with customers, carry out the vision of the company, and provide one-on-one customer service attention. The company will have to provide training for the reps to educate reps along with the help of the manufactures and educators. The company will need and want to hire experienced sales representatives that have a portfolio and an extensive background in sales. The companies will want to provide exceptional training so that current and future employees provide great PR for the company, put the companies name out there and support and live the companies vision and mission. Customer service is the key ingredient for the existence of the sales rep therefore as mentioned above the company will need to hire experienced sales reps with a portfolio, reps that are product oriented, with attention to detail, and driven.
