dc.description.abstractThrough my research on Indra Nooyi and PepsiCo, I found that Nooyi really is focused on helping her company sustain and manage in a global community. Her drive for vision is what makes her a productive and respected leader. She sees the problem, listens to the critics & consumers and develops a strategy and makes the necessary changes to maintain sustainability. Her Performance with Purpose campaign along with the current changes taking place within her organization, are proof she clearly listens and leads with her heart, hands, head and passion. Through my research, I have additionally learned that having a vision for the future is strategically critical for the life of any organization. I would utilize my resources, both internally and externally to make a difference; and with these resources and vision would grow future opportunities.
