Abstract
The purpose of this project is to better understand the factors that lead to employee overwork, specifically in high-technology corporations. In addition, a comparison will be made between the causal factors of overwork for those of different generations. Toward this end, I will interview high-tech employees of three different age groups about their experience of overwork.
