dc.description.abstractThe following Case Study on the Niles Essanay Silent Film Museum (NESFM) was composed for the purpose of completing a Capstone Project at John F Kennedy University for the- •School .of Management. This Case Study was written by Suzanne Field for Dr. Charles Piazza for "Business Strategy and Planning" in the fall of 2009. The purpose of this study is to present the research, analysis and recommendations relating to the Niles Essanay Silent Film Museum's current Audience Development strategies. The project begins with a broad organizational strategic analysis. An action plan is then suggested to accompany recommendations relating to Audience Strategy, Public Relations, Fundraising and current organizational position. This Case Study closes with concluding statements including limitations, lingering concerns, and final thoughts and recommendations regarding the future of Niles Essanay Silent Film Museum.
