Abstract
The researcher of this study is part of the SCC business unit and was asked to do a study on Opportunity Management (OM), because the organization is not familiar with OM. Upon learning about OM, it will be the researcher's job to take the learned information back to SCC, so that it may be integrated into the organization's Risk Management (RM) process. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to aid in determining whether or not the integration of OM is a viable option for Technical Missions.
