Abstract

How I propose to solve Occupy Wall Street's issues is incorporating a strong leader that will be able to have a strong voice, positive demeanor, and is likable to all. Furthermore, this leader will have the compassion of the people of Occupy Wall Street and the people of America. The decision making process will be fast and confident as organization should run because the final decisions will be made by the CEO but, with feedback from the four managers before the final decision is made. The management style is participatory leadership with a shared management decision making process. The feedback that the managers provide to the CEO before the final decision is made is crucial because the four managers providing feedback from their employees.
