In this thesis I wish to bring the Findhorn view into the larger perspective of our learned wisdoms. I will present first an overview of Findhorn as I know it, then my own personal process there, and finally a group of basic Findhorn Wholistic Art exercises. These exercises are not unlike others which may come to you, but used together in an attuned way, presented in an easy, lighthearted manner which is open to everyone, and reviewed in a group, non-judgementally, and honored for any insights which may emerge, they can be of value to anyone who wishes to use them.
