Abstract
My floor to ceiling wire sculptures consist of a taut core and a loose outside shape which can take on numerous configurations. I use wires of various properties, colors, and textures. My art pieces can be adaptive in size and responsive to the particular qualities of the exhibiting space.
My art pieces feel soft and sensual, but are held up by a core which is hard and strong. Soft and strong are working together and create a tension. The unity formed by this tension is powerful and is a unity I recognize in nature.
