Abstract
One of the biggest workplace environment changes that will happen regarding this product is when Cisco employees begin using it. There is no better way to help customers with a product if you yourself use that product for work as well. You're seeing the product from the same eyes as the customer. If Cisco were to implement a new middle tier product and had their employees test it out first during the first few trials, it would change the environment around. Employees already use WebEx and TelePresence since it's at almost every Cisco office location (Wolf, 2009). The workforce and workplace are going to have to change with the times and bring a new product into the fold that they'll use collaborátively.
