Abstract

I provide an overview of immigration, reunification and family therapy in Canada, before reviewing the literature on the psychosocial impacts and lived "realities" of separation, and finally, reviewing the literature on reunification outcomes. I then conclude by proposing a study that explores the lived realities of families moving to Canada.
