It is my opinion that the more profitable an organization is the more creative it must be in initiating the appropriate challenge and the more the leader must understand the organizations culture and behaviors. With that said, I recommend that the Physicians in Chiefs at each medical facility undergo an extensive training to revisit the purpose of the implementation of the project.
