dc.description.abstract | The culmination of the MBA program and John F. Kennedy University is the Business Strategy and Planning (Capstone) course. This course encompasses all that was learned during the program regarding strategy, strategic planning and strategic management. This project challenges my abilities to apply the strategic knowledge gained in three key areas. The first part will cover the core concepts and understanding of strategy. The second part will include a case study analysis in which core business principles and strategies will be applied. The final section will summarize our personal conclusions and outline how this knowledge will be applied in our professional lives. | |
