Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a complex and perplexing disease. A holistic approach is appropriate to deal with the various issues CFS presents. Many of the symptoms of CFS can be traced to deteriorating brain function. However, holistic practitioners currently working with CFS patients are not addressing the brain connection. Brain Revival for CFS focuses on that gap of the brain connection; it proposes using the best of what is currently being offered, including the healthiest whole foods diet, suggestions of some mind-body practices with an interesting twist, and particular physical exercises. In addition, Brain Revival for CFS offers a specialized regime of supplementation aimed at brain health. The hope is that the holistic health educator and nutritionist will be able to use this program as a specialized guide to help the CFS client who has been diagnosed by a medical establishment that does not know how to help her
