At Kaiser it is imperative that Information Technology (IT) works both effectively and ineffectively, but because of the importance of accurate healthcare processes, change is needed. Kaiser's IT department plays a vital role in the implementation and administration of technology within the organization. Kaiser's plan for the increasing demand for more efficient healthcare, coordinate, and direct research on the computer related activities for abetter healthcare system. While working with managers and senior leadership, they determine the goals of an organization and then implement technology to meet those goals of the organization, but the employee is the one who oversees all technical aspect of an organization, such as software development, network security, and Internet operations so the need to have effective communication between Senior Leadership and employee will help meet the needs of our patients and customers more effectively.
