Abstract
The intention of this thesis is to first gain an understanding of each day of the week as a potentially meaningful structure for one's time. The second intention is to create rituals and practices and identify existing rituals which can provide a way for us to reconnect with the meaning of each day. Beginning in Chapter Three, practices and rituals are given after the description of each day. The intention is to integrate the teachings with everyday living.
