Abstract
I proposed to interview nine people about their experience of, and reaction to, change. Each person had to fulfill several criteria. There had to be one representative of each of the nine Enneagram personality types in the group of interviewees, each being familiar with the Enneagram and able to talk with clarity about him/herself before discovering the system, and be able to share what, if any, impact, the knowledge of the Enneagram had had on their self-awareness.
