Abstract
This case study is to suggest the implementation of a content management system combined with a knowledge software system that enables all constituents to pull down whatever information they need to complete their task. It will also build institutional knowledge for corporate learning regardless of who is leading or managing the investment office. (Without such systems in place, dysfunctionality and inefficiencies can occur. For example, five years ago many of the Stanford Management Company's key employees departed to start their own management company. And, the institutional knowledge of the endowment investments went out the door with them.)
