Working, I feel in accord with the past that is always present and the present which is always transforming. Working is full of surprises, anxiety, sensuousness, self-congratulation, doubt, faith. It mirrors my relationship to myself. It makes visible depths of feeling, belief and experience not otherwise accessible.
