| dc.description.abstract | The overall action and implementation plan would be to start with a business plan centered on the creation of a Human Resources department. This plan would outline action points that are necessary to create the department. For example, designating a point of contact for all Human Resource items would be the first step. The Human Resources point of contact/manager would then go about implementing policies and procedures to structure the everyday workplace and collaborate with other managers to create uniformity within the organization. As the company continues to grow in 2013, a proper department structure is vital to the long-term success. | |
