Abstract
The main purpose of this report is to describe the "Alliance" a Santa Clara County CalWRAP program and show how concepts learned from John F, Kennedy University's Master in Business program (MBA) can help to achieve better program sustainability for future years to come. To begin, it is important to note the potential issues that are initially to be addressed: 1) The county is speculating if a potential market segment is underrepresented and why, if identified, how can this market be utilized?, 2) If the market segment exists, should policies be developed by executive management to provide services for this population.
