dc.description.abstract | This case study will provide three different solutions: a conservative solution, a moderate solution, and a risky solution. What make these solutions unique are the three solutions building upon each other. The moderate solution cannot be implemented unless the conservative solution has successfully implemented as well. So is the case with the risky option, this is dependent on the success of the two less risky solutions. Once we've identified the three options, we will recommendation the best solution for ABSMC and combating their issue of trust within the organization. Before we examine the cause for ABSMC's culture of negativity, we must first look into the history and origin of Alta Bates Summit Medical Center and Sutter Health. | |
