In this thesis, my intention is to focus on the process of art-making as one way to integrate the Shadow and heal the split in the psyche--although all of the abovementioned experiences were vitally important for my growth process. However, I realize that it is necessary to isolate one area of the whole process for this statement, saving the rest for future creative work. The more I learn, the more exciting and far-reaching the implications of this material becomes.
