Abstract

In order to bring the value of Whole Foods Market Inc. to more customers and increase market share while surviving the economic downturn, a three phase plan is needed. As many plans, this will take place in phases carefully spaced out and planned so that consumers are comfortable with all three phases as well as allowing all other stakeholders to be in line with the overall vision of the plan. If at any time of the phase implementation the values of providing the best quality product to consumers are compromised, the next phase will be suspended to allow the current phase to be properly adjusted. While no plan is perfect, this plan allows a gradual increase in market share while being a positive influence on the America population to aide in assisting everyone who can benefit from a healthy diet.
