Abstract

In the summer of 2003 I spontaneously began "finding" little pieces of energy on a friend's legs and arms, and moving them down and out through her toes and fingers. Though it was strange, both of us could feel that these intuitive movements were somehow right. I felt compelled to do it, and my friend, Amie, felt a strong inner release associated with the movement. It fascinated both of us, and over the next few weeks, this movement of energy developed into an extensive form of bodywork, which involves using my hands to find and move constrictive energy to exit points, usually on the hands and feet. It became effective, stylistic and beautiful.
