dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this thesis is to offer those in the field of counselling psychology a piece of literature that provides a systematic approach to assist clients who struggle with insecurity in relationships - both with themselves and with others, with following aims: a) Gain an understanding of their insecurity, behaviour, and way of relating; b) Gain independence and a secure relationship with themselves; and c) Heal attachment injuries and establish interdependent and secure relationships with others.
