If General Motors wants to change the outcome, they must change their leadership style. They will need to restructure the company and refocus their market objectives. GM has to be seen as a different and changed company by its customers. The company needs to focus on introducing new and innovative concepts to entice new customers and retain loyal ones.They need to position themselves for the future with a new structure and strategic plan. In order for them to stay in business, GM must produce the cars and trucks that customers worldwide want to buy.
