With the correct implementation of this plan, Starbucks will accomplish three things: First, an incentive plan may help to motivate employees .Second, improve the morale of the employees and third, help create extra cash flow or profit as a result of reduced costs of hiring, training and employee unemployment pay. I am quite sure that employees will work better not only with the management but also motivate and share their experience with other employees. Workplace communication and relationships will be highly productive.
