Abstract

Motivation is the key to health. How can health educators motivate as many people as possible? A program is presented in this paper that is a formula for anyone to successfully improve their health. The motivation is supplied by the dynamic and individualized design of the program, the freedom to make choices and changes, and the ease of practicing it on a daily basis without a daunting investment in time. The many multi-faceted dimensions of health are addressed, as well as how they all influence each other and can provide ways of bringing happiness and enhancing one's life. Also discussed are, other existing approaches to motivation and how they fail to provide the support that is needed to get people on the path to optimal health.
