Abstract
It is apparent that Stillman can continue with business as usual. Instituting a diversity program on campus will yield a rate of return that can be measured by the increased diverse enrollment numbers. It is true that an increase in volume drives revenue. In conjunction with the implementation of the diversity program the institution should garner pledges from the 11.000 Presbyterian churches nationwide. Stillman's survival is based on the generosity of others and change.
