Abstract

Linde has been in existence in the Philippines for decades already and has established relationships with its clientele. Many locals have been acquainted with the brand name, as the company is always involved in humanitarian missions such as medical, dental, relief goods distributions during natural calamities, and many others. The company is well known in the healthcare industry as provider of excellent services. Its leadership in the market creates an image of what an ethical firm look like. However, these qualities of the Company could banish easily if customer complaints are snowballing, the company cannot provide enough product to its customers, and late product delivery because of lack of resources. The issues at Linde (Philippines) should be attended immediately as the company will be at risk of losing its customers. As earlier identified, it is highly recommended to build an additional capacity to address the unpredictable demand in the market. The Company has already been suffering from product shortage for a long time. The existing outsourcing strategy pose a credible threat to the company as it expose customer information to its competitors. More so, the company's reliability may certainly be called into question. Philippine economy is progressing and it is expected that many investors will expand their operations in the country. When this happens, Linde (Philippines) should be prepared to support and provide the needs of its future customers. Linde (Philippines) management team will face more challenges in the future. It is important that at the early stage, a strategic plan is already be in place.
