Abstract
It could be established for each of McCaulou's facilities to designate an employee to be a training coordinator. One, who will take the position serious and coordinate mini-training sessions in his /her facility, I am really impressed with this company because without the high profile. McCaulou's has still managed to keep its door open to the public. It is possible for this company to finally create a mission and vision statement. If the facility's managers became more serious developing its employees, I for-see this company exploding and prospering greatly. The work environment could become more diverse and each store could have a very professional appeal about it.
