dc.description.abstract | Sedgwick CMS holds the top spot in the Workers' Compensation Insurance industry. Implementing the proposed Return to Work program will provide the company with a competitive advantage by training claims adjusters how to thoroughly investigate the claims during its novel period and help identify proper strategic action plans. If Return to Work training is followed properly, Sedgwick CMS can also gain competitive advantage in this area by retaining and attracting more clients since it will demonstrate that claims examiners are properly able to strategically manage the claims in an efficient and proactive manner. | |
