Abstract
For a company to do well in this market, strategic management should be a priority. Because of the nature of business nowadays organizations need to be able to have the competitive advantage to stay in business. Having a strong positive company culture can make a company stand out from the others as turnover is reduced and people want to keep working there. Although Netflix is showing a profit and is doing fine financially the culture there leaves a little to be desired. I believe that improving the culture for all the employees at Netflix will help the organization remain number one in movie rentals.
